I like this a lot. I find the balance really good - two men below each window. Also, the contrast between the rather lavish appearance of the building and the ordinary men is interesting. A certain mood is set by the fact that there seems to be no interaction between the men...

I like the placement of the figures relative to the formality of the building beyond. It reminds me of those shots that carry a 'Far Side'-style caption . . but I cannot think of one!
